01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold one active account on sq98. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different contact details — is a violation of these terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, sq98 will close all but the first account, void any bets placed through duplicate accounts and may permanently close all associated accounts without refund.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sq98 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, notify sq98 support immediately. sq98 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Accurate Information

All information you provide during registration must be accurate and complete. This includes your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. sq98 may request supporting documents to verify the information you have provided at any time.

Account Currency

All sq98 accounts operate in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no option to hold a balance in a foreign currency. All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR.

04 Deposits & Payments

sq98 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and cards or mobile wallets where available. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown in the wallet section of your account at the time of deposit.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• sq98 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your PKR wallet and become available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.
• sq98 reserves the right to reject or reverse a deposit if it originates from an unverified source or appears inconsistent with your account profile.

Deposit Limits

Players can set their own deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it cannot be increased for 24 hours. This is intentional — it gives you time to reconsider if the request was impulsive.

05 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your registered bank account. The method used for withdrawal must match your registered payment details on sq98.

Processing Times

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically same day, usually within a few hours of approval.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Up to 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the wallet section at the time of request.
• sq98 may request identity verification documents before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a standard threshold. This is a security measure to protect your account.
• If your account has an active bonus balance, any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. sq98 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• sq98 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional checks if the transaction appears unusual or potentially fraudulent.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

sq98 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and sports betting offers. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games and expiry dates. These individual promotion terms supplement and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money PKR balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• sq98 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a user.
• Only one active bonus may apply at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Players found to be systematically exploiting bonus terms — through matched betting, abuse of multiple accounts or other methods — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

Sports Betting Bonuses

Free bet credits awarded through sports promotions are valid for the bet amount only — winnings from free bets do not include the stake. Free bet credits cannot be withdrawn directly and must be used on qualifying markets within the validity window stated in the offer.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on sq98 are subject to the platform's betting rules, which are available within the sports section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting markets on sq98:

• A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your bet history with a confirmed status. Do not assume a bet is placed until you have received confirmation.
• sq98 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a pricing error, technical fault or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary depending on the event, market and your account history.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means results as declared by the match umpires and confirmed by the ICC or relevant cricket board. sq98 aims to settle bets within a reasonable time after the official result is declared.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sq98 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and potential permanent closure of your account:

• Opening or operating more than one account on sq98.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with sq98.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known technical fault are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using proceeds of crime or funds obtained through unlawful means to deposit or wager on sq98.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming limits through the creation of alternative accounts.
• Any form of abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour towards sq98 support staff or other users.

09 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Termination

Closure by You

You may close your sq98 account at any time by contacting support. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification if required.

sq98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A user has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A user has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period with a zero balance.

Where an account is closed for a terms violation, sq98 reserves the right to retain any balance attributable to the violation. Balances held in good faith — such as your original deposits unrelated to the violation — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

13 Changes to These Terms
